Who We Are
Co-founders Vernel Dolor and Khadijah Murchison established Inside Out to revolutionise the landscape of positive mental health and behavioural interventions.
The organisation was born out of personal experience, including mental health struggles, traumatic encounters, the complexities of the judicial and prison systems, the allure of gang culture and the challenging path of rehabilitation.
United by a profound dedication to change, they adopt an innovative, holistic approach, blending therapy, social engagement and intergenerational wisdom to empower and uplift vulnerable young adults.
Our Approach
We are 'redefining rehabilitation' with a dynamic, holistic urban intervention model that spans the realms of education, employment and housing. Our personalised workshops and mentorship empower young men with first-hand experience of the criminal justice system, including those with neurodiverse backgrounds.
Going beyond traditional methods, we believe in holistic support that encompasses rehabilitation, resettlement, self-reflection, and personal discovery through immersive workshops and 1-1 sessions held within prisons, secure units, educational institutions and both private and public sector organisations across the UK.
Our Mission
To equip vulnerable individuals with the skills, mindset and determination to overcome adversity, achieve financial independence and become positive contributors to society. By recognising and celebrating neurodiversity, our goal is to unleash the untapped potential within every individual.

Through-the-gate support – designed to facilitate a successful reintegration process and reduce the risk of reoffending
Sustainable employment, education and training – development of work-related experiences, social skills and financial stability, equipping people with the tools to lead a healthier, happier and more productive life.
Georgie Coleridge Cole
“It is hard to put into words the admiration I have for Vee. The way he has turned his life around is awe inspiring. Like so many he had a pre determined path, was a victim of nurture versus nature and proves that with support and opportunity people can change. I would trust him with my life and very much hope he is given the platforms to inspire others to use their privildge to help break the cycle and to inspire those without it, to pursue a better path.”
